Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Methods: All shipping charges and methods for all orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Delivery Times: Ground USPS (3-4 Business Days)

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for any delays caused by carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

*Orders placed Monday-Wednesday by 5pm EST will be fulfilled on Thursday. *Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be fulfilled on Monday.

PLEASE ALLOW 8-11 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY FROM THE DATE THE ORDER IS PLACED.

Return Policy

We do not issue any refunds. We will exchange a product as long as it is in its original packaging. If there is a price difference in the exchange of products, the customer would be expected to pay the balance.
